Advocacy Can Take Many Forms

Many people have shared that they want to tell their story or speak with legislators to push for better care and support for people living with Long COVID. We have gathered information on different ways to get involved, current bills to support, and a simple script to make outreach easier.

Advocacy can take many forms. Some people feel ready to speak directly about their experience. Others may not have the energy right now, and that is completely valid. If you want to help but do not feel up to making calls or writing emails, you can forward these resources to a loved one, or share them on social media so others can speak up. Raising awareness in any way helps move the conversation forward.
